**North West Rubber **is looking for full-time permanent HR/Payroll Coordinator to work in our tire recycling facility in Brantford.

As the HR/Payroll Coordinator, your key role is to to provide support to the corperate payroll department, recruitment
- including onboarding and offboarding activities, and other administrative tasks as assigned. This position reports to the Payroll Manager and works closely with the HR Generalist to support payroll and HR functions within the organization.

This is a fully onsite position to support various positions in leadership.

**Payroll Administration**:

- Assist in processing multiple sets of payroll using ADP Payroll system under the guidance of the Payroll Manager.
- Learn to maintain accurate employee payroll records, including deductions, bonuses, and overtime.
- Provide support in addressing employee payroll inquiries and discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing and distributing payroll reports as required.

**HR Administration**:

- Learn to assist with various HR functions such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management.
- Utilize BambooHR HRIS for basic employee data entry and management tasks.
- Support the HR Generalist in administrative tasks related to benefits administration, employee relations, and policy enforcement.
- Adhere to Ontario labor laws and regulations under the guidance of senior team members.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Assist in maintaining organized employee files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Learn to prepare basic HR-related reports and documentation for internal and external use.
- Participate in audits and compliance reviews as needed, under supervision.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the Payroll Manager and HR Generalist to gain knowledge and skills in payroll and HR administration.
- Collaborate with team members to support HR initiatives and projects as required.
- Act as a resource for employees, providing basic assistance with payroll and HR-related inquiries.

**Qualifications**:

- Some previous experience in an administrative role is an asset, but not required.
- Basic understanding of payroll and HR concepts is preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
