This role is an on-site position. The Client Account Representative will have sole and direct responsibilities for primary functions within Venture Sourcing Group Inc., namely, assuming the responsibility of supporting and managing the servicing of Venture’s client accounts. We need an incredibly organized, self

**Areas of Responsibilities**

**Client Quoting**
- Administer quote process for your assigned clients
- Undertake product and pricing research and prepare product proposals.
- Process customer orders for your assigned accounts
- Manage orders in a timely and accurate manner adhering to customer delivery dates
- Work with our products and suppliers to configure and build client solutions, including sourcing products and pricing.
- Respond promptly to customer queries and issues to find solutions
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customer and key stakeholders.
- Constantly update own knowledge of the product offering and build product knowledge and build a good understanding of Venture Sourcing Group value proposition for facilitating client portfolio growth.

**Client Account Servicing**
- Be the main point of contact for assigned customers
- Follow up regularly after closing a sale to ensure client satisfaction
- Communicate service issues to both internal and external stakeholders on a timely basis
- Lead a strong client-centred culture that achieves excellence in client service
- Establish client best practices, regularly reviewing processes and approaches to continuously improve the client service experience; takes responsibility for making recommendations where appropriate and ensuring that improvements are actioned
- Develop and build working relationships with key Venture Sourcing Group clients and maintain positive relationships with client stakeholders.
- Implement effective client follow-up program.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON L4W 1P2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (required)
- Administration: 2 years (preferred)
