**Position**: Account/Sales Representative

**Location**: Back Road Coffee Roasters - 133 Queen St E (Port Credit ON)

**Starting Pay**:$45k Salary + Commissions

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team in the role of Account/Sales Representative, the role will consist of managing existing accounts to ensure customer success and to develop the market and acquire new Wholesale clients such as: cafés, restaurants, offices, retail stores and grocery stores. This person will be responsible for developing and sustaining Back Road’s growing Wholesale business.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following.
- Manage our Sales activities, pursue growth opportunities with passion.
- Establish and build relationships built on trust and respect
- Present pricing, negotiate and clearly demonstrate the importance of investing in Specialty Coffee
- Find new leads and pursue them
- Utilize excellent Networking skills to foster new relationships
- Work collaboratively in a team environment and work well on your own.
- Track and log customer interactions in a database. Identify growth opportunities to maximize and increase lifetime value of relationships.
- Represent Back Road at Special Events and Industry Events
- All other reasonable duties assigned by the company.

**Qualifications**:

- Coffee industry experience is valued but not mandatory
- We’re hiring someone with a drive to grow into a sales role, therefore Sales experience isn’t required, but is an asset

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $34,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Work Location: On the road
