Great Northern Insulation is currently recruiting for full-time Scheduling Administrator for our Nepean, ON location
Scheduling Administrators are responsible for scheduling and arranging appointments of various GNI services.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in logistics or scheduling is an asset
- Very strong time management skills, communication skills, and ability to self-manage
- Must be able to work in a fast paced, changing environment
- Computer savvy, knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and SAP is desired
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to deal objectively with confrontational situations
- Strong organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks
- Must be quality, safety and production orientated
- Possess good decision making and problem-solving
- Proven ability to work effectively as a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy required
**Standard Job Duties**:
- Scheduling of appointments
- Speak with customers over the phone to schedule, remind and follow up on appointments
- Identify conflicts or issues with schedule and make necessary changes
- Add, cancel or make changes to appointments in the organization's schedule
- Resolve appointment conflicts for staff and customers
- Schedule staff coverage to ensure the company's best operation standards
- Produce and process schedules and reporting as requested
- Reporting on scheduled jobs prepared for weekly production review - employee needs & availability
- Check accuracy of opened job prior to scheduling work to be completed
- Weekly planning with Production Supervisors
- Monitor employee productivity and ensure schedule is reflective of availability/work completed
- Answer incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
- Organizing travel and accommodation for staff
- providing administration support to Sales Reps, Production Supervisor and Branch Manager
- Other duties as assigned by Branch Manager
