**General Scope of Responsibilities**:
Responsible for working with Scheduling Team, Inside Sales Team, Manufacturing Team, CIT, Logistics, and other sites to coordinate efficient schedules for site production while meeting customer demand.

**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with Inside Sales on the management of orders
- Maintain On Time Delivery reporting
- Manage Open Orders
- Optimize utilization of equipment and material
- Create and maintain weaving loom schedules
- Manage schedule dates and monthly planning
- Manage stock inventory and utilize in coordination with Supply Chain manager
- Identify and coordinate with floor stock pieces for LOB usage and update JDE accordingly
- Manage customer returns in coordination with Logistics, Inside Sales, and Supply Chain manager
- Coordinate with Continuous Improvement Team on Non-Conformance resulting in spoilage
- Manage, track, and record Make and Ship on time delivery monthly
- Maintain Backlog report
- Coordinate/Manage Date Improvement Requests with Inside Sales and/or Supply Chain manager
- Attend and contribute to Daily Production Meetings to ensure concentration on proper orders and communicate scheduling needs to the manufacturing team
- Assign and communicate manufacturing and finish plants for relevant orders
- Close PI work orders daily
- Assist manufacturing with information concerning shop load requirements
- Provide Month-End reporting on site performance
- Work with Inside Sales/Sales/Supply Chain to develop and implement prioritization of orders
- MES Data analysis

**Other Functions**:

- General administrative duties necessary to support the functions of CIT, Scheduling and Manufacturing
- Maintain safe work standards and practices
- Work with and support other team initiatives

**Coordination**: OE/Scheduling Team, Manufacturing, CIT, Product Business Team, Inside Sales Reps, Supply Chain

**Supervisory Responsibilities**:
Occasionally will lead training initiatives for new products and/or processes.
Occasionally will lead process or product improvement teams for a defined project.

**Preferable Position Requirements**:

- Post secondary education or training in a materials discipline or equivalent experience in production scheduling

and inventory control
- Strong computer skills: Proficiency with MS Office software and high level of JDE system knowledge
- Highly proficient data entry skills with a very high degree of accuracy and detail oriented
- Knowledge and understanding of manufacturing operations
- LEAN manufacturing experience
- Ability to handle large amounts of data effectively and accurately
- Ability to handle an environment where change is constant
- Ability to prioritize effectively and work on multiple tasks simultaneously; able to handle constant interruptions
- Strong communication/listening skills, interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and planning abilities; analytical and detail oriented
- Good problem-solving skills with an ability to make sound decisions based on manufacturing requirements
- Able to work effectively as a team player and independently
- Dependable and adaptable
