Employer Branding Specialist

**Description**
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Employer Branding Specialist to join our team in Ontario.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Employer Brand Strategy:
Research, define, develop and implement a comprehensive employer brand strategy that reflects the company's culture, values, and opportunities. Design campaigns and initiatives to attract, retain, and engage talent.
- Internal Communication:
Create compelling content to communicate our clients' company culture and values to employees. Propose events, workshops, and programs to enhance employee engagement.
- Recruitment Campaigns:
- Social Media and Media:
Contribute to our clients' social media channels to promote their employer brand. Create engaging content and monitor online reputation.
- Analysis and Reporting:
Measure the effectiveness of employer brand initiatives and provide reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, communication, marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in employer branding management or corporate communication initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of recruitment and social media communication trends.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
