**About the Opportunity**:
**In this role, you will**:

- Write, edit, and proofread copy for a variety of Employer Branding initiatives including EVP pillars, EVP headlines, talent personas, and more.
- Collaborate with our delivery team to ensure content aligns with overall EVP strategy, visual elements and client’s brand identity.
- Develop copy for other employer brand-related projects such as job descriptions, recruitment campaigns, onboarding materials, and internal communications.
- Demonstrate understanding of target audience, adjusting tone and style to suit, while staying consistent with the brand voice.
- Regularly update copy to reflect current market trends, company targets, and evolving talent strategies.

**You’ll thrive in this role if you**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in copywriting with a focus on Employer Branding.
- Proven ability to create and deliver compelling, high-quality copy under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary employer branding strategies.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a high attention to detail.
- Familiarity with the latest trends in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Ability to work autonomously while maintaining excellent collaboration skills.
