- Develop and articulate powerful employee value propositions and employer brand strategies.
- Guide the creative development and execution of employer brand concepts and activations in close collaboration with our team.
- Deliver project excellence, ensuring our solutions are tailored to each client's unique business objectives and cultural landscape.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional client support, collaborating with the team on employer branding, cultural insights, and HR initiatives.
- Undertake comprehensive research, including employee surveys, focus groups, and market analysis.
- Craft a diverse range of content: detailed reports, employee value propositions, talent personas, key messaging, and dynamic social media content.
- Manage and coordinate projects with precision.
- Present insights compellingly, conduct interviews, lead focus groups, and facilitate training sessions.
- Drive the implementation of best practices and streamline operational efficiencies.

**About You**:
You're an ideal fit if you:

- Have a background in Human Resources, Employee Communications, Research, Marketing, or Social Media. A blend of these is a bonus.
- Possess stellar communication skills, both in writing and speaking.
- Are analytical, tech-savvy, and approach work with confidence and an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Excel in organization and multitasking, adept at handling multiple projects and tight deadlines.
- Are a team player who thrives on collaboration but can also steer projects independently.
- Enjoy fast-paced, flexible environments that are growth and innovation-oriented.
- Are comfortable with a primarily remote-work role, including occasional travel, when feasible.
