We are a professional painting team based out of Bracebridge, ON., servicing the Muskoka Lakes area. We provide high quality painting services for both interior (year-round) and exterior projects (seasonally). We are looking for team players who take pride in their attention to detail, their desire to grow, and their ability to organize themselves & others.

**Job description**

Golden Pines Painting Inc. is looking for an _Experienced Painter_ to join us this spring. We look for positive attitudes above all else. We offer full time hours, working Monday - Friday, with opportunities for overtime as necessary.

**Our expectations of an Experienced Painter include, but are not limited to**:

- Responsible for the organization of day to day tasks on site
- Prepare and clean surfaces in preparation for painting/staining/sealing
- Maintain a clean and organized site and project
- Erect/dismantle scaffolding and swing stages and attach rigging
- Always punctual, respectful, and professional with clients, trades crews and staff
- Physically capable of moving equipment, material, and painting
- Work on ladders, scaffolds (most projects will require working at heights)

**Qualifications and Skills**

We value a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. We require the following (or similar) for the position of _Experienced Painter._
- 5+ years experience in residential/commercial painting (brushing, rolling, spraying)
- Experience in working as a team towards a mutual goal (conflict resolution skills, critical thinking)
- Strong communication skills
- Driver's license

**Wages will be determined by experience.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
