Job Title: Master Painter

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Master Painter to join our team at Northern Breeze Painting. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and sanding surfaces to be painted, as well as repairing cracks and holes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted
  • Repair cracks and holes
  • Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces
Work Environment:

The ideal candidate will have experience working outdoors in various locations, with staff accommodation available if needed. A vehicle supplied by the employer and travel expenses paid by the employer will also be provided.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in painting and repair work
  • Ability to work at heights and in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as disability benefits, a health care plan, and other benefits. This is a seasonal position, working 40-45 hours per week.
