As a Restoration Carpenter/Drywall Installer, you will play a crucial role in restoring and renovating residential and commercial properties. You will be responsible for installing drywall, framing, and finishing carpentry work to ensure that projects meet our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install drywall in various settings, ensuring proper alignment and secure fastening.
- Frame walls, ceilings, and other structures according to project specifications.
- Repair and replace damaged drywall and trim.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress and any issues that arise.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a carpenter and drywall installer, preferably in a restoration or renovation setting.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
- Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certifications in carpentry or related fields.
- Experience with restoration projects involving water, fire, or mold damage.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Part time positions are also available.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
