We are looking for a** Sales Operations Specialist** to join our Sales Team, reporting to the Vice President, North America Sales.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Execute and drive change and enhancements across all sales teams in conjunction with objectives provided by leadership
- Act as the primary point of contact or “chief of staff” for process, systems, and compliance
- Provide reports, dashboards and other intelligence essential to the sales organization
- Assist with attainment planning including sales incentive analysis, segmentation strategy goal setting, measurement and performance monitoring
- Participate in Go-To market strategies regarding new products or initiatives
- Design, measure and monitor individual sales technical and sales competency development
- Support CRM and related tools with enhancements, user support and training
- Act as a key accelerator to growth by helping teams operate smarter, faster and more effectively
- Develop and deploy sales processes in order to enable the sales team and to automate the operations
- Ensure adequate collaboration with the Finance department to solve issues related to invoicing, payments tracking and commission processing
- Act as a dedicated partner to our VP, North America Sales and the broader sales leadership team
- Validate CRM information on a monthly basis and the accuracy of the information
- Contribute to a data-driven culture by being responsible for the data integrity, supporting discussions with data and disseminating best practices

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Deeply data-driven, naturally curious, and passionate about building data-driven organizations
- Excellent skills in Excel (mandatory)
- Hands-on and excellent skill in Salesforce (mandatory)
- Experience in IoT, SaaS, or Direct Sales positions
- Undergraduate or graduate education in commerce, information technology, computer science or a relevant discipline
- Meticulously organized and task-driven
- A deep analytical thinker and problem solver
- 3+ years of overall sales / sales operations experience
- 2+ years experience as a sales operations, data or systems leader, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment
- Travel (i.e. 20%) as needed to meet with clients or potential clients in North America
- Experience with other inside sales technologies and productivity tools
- Strong leadership characteristics with a natural eye for supporting and developing talent
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communicator
