Join our team as a Customer Service & Estimating Representative and play a pivotal role in our success You'll be the first line of contact for our potential customers, delivering exceptional service while providing accurate estimates to help them make informed decisions.

**What You'll Do**:

- **Champion Customer Experience**: Follow up with customers, answer questions, address concerns, and ensure top-quality service with every interaction.
- **Provide Accurate Estimates**: Calculate roof areas, determine material requirements, and prepare detailed quotations for customers based on Google measurements or provided dimensions.
- **Frontline Support**: Be the welcoming face of Hy-Grade, assisting walk-in customers and skillfully answering phone inquiries.
- **Boost Customer Satisfaction**: Monitor and respond to company reviews and social media comments, proactively addressing issues and enhancing our reputation.
- **Team Player**: Collaborate with various departments across Hy-Grade to support projects, goals, and overall company success.

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
