Patient Support Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the medical office staff
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Process insurance claims and handle billing tasks
- Assist with general office duties such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with medical office procedures and terminology is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
