**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Support training development initiatives by coordinating schedules and materials.
- Utilize phone systems to communicate effectively with staff and clients.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, document preparation, and correspondence management.
- Organize office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for staff needs.
- Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes and workflows.
**Skills**
- Proficient in clerical tasks with strong attention to detail.
- Experience in training development is a plus.
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members and clients.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Life insurance office experience an asset
