**Who we are looking for?**

We are looking for a customer-centric, detail-oriented **Customer care coordinator** to join our growing team.

**Must-Have Skills**
- Minimum 1 year of related work experience in construction or related industry
- Must be tech savvy
- Great customer service skills
- Works well under pressure
- Ability to develop professional relationships with both internal and external partners
- Possess creative problem-solving skills
- Have the ability and desire to work in a face-paced, high-end environment
- Posses great time management skills and organization

**Good to have skills**
- Cabinetry knowledge (knowing what parts are needed to fix issues).
