Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable Clerk. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for processing and managing all accounts payable transactions for the company. This is a vital role within our organization, ensuring accurate and timely payment of invoices and maintaining strong vendor relationships.

**Duties**:

- Process accounts payable invoices and ensure accurate coding and entry into the accounting system
- Review and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and approval
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions
- Assist with month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve any invoice or payment-related inquiries
- Prepare Bank Reconciliations and Financial Statements
- Assist with other accounting tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or in a similar role
- Proficient in using accounting software - Yardi Breeze
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills to interact with vendors
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field is preferred

Note: All positions at our company are paid positions.

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
