Résumé des fonctions

Le coordonnateur ou la coordonnatrice Service à la clientèle - Marchés nord-américains veille à offrir le meilleur service possible aux clients qui confient leurs envois au CN. Le ou la titulaire du poste interagit avec les divers services de l’Intermodal afin de coordonner l’acheminement des envois, tout en s’assurant de satisfaire les attentes relatives aux niveaux de service.

Principales responsabilités

Coordonner le service à la clientèle
- Coordonner l’acheminement des envois entre les points d’origine et de destination afin de répondre aux besoins de clients : passer des commandes, facturer et suivre les envois, planifier les envois pour la livraison et régler les problèmes liés aux envois
- Évaluer et coordonner les tâches logistiques relatives à la manutention des envois ferroviaires pour les clients des marchés de détail
- Élaborer et communiquer les plans d’exécution interne
- Communiquer avec le Centre de répartition du CN et les clients au quotidien
- Surveiller les envois et en vérifier l’état, faire le suivi des retards d’acheminement et évaluer les répercussions potentielles sur l’heure du rendez-vous de livraison
- Assurer le suivi des envois retenus chez les clients au-delà du délai prévu et communiquer avec le client relativement à d’éventuelles redevances de stationnement, le cas échéant

Coordonner les lignes sans frais et du service à la clientèle général
- Répondre aux appels provenant de la ligne 866 du service à la clientèle général
- Assurer une résolution proactive des problèmes

Assurer une liaison interne
- Assurer le soutien interne en cas de problème client touchant d’autres groupes de l’Intermodal (planification d’un nouveau rendez-vous, problèmes liés au ramassage et à la livraison, retenue des envois, contestations de factures et rapports)

Conditions de travail

Ce poste prévoit des conditions de travail standard dans un bureau et un horaire de travail normal du lundi au vendredi. La personne doit être disponible pour travailler selon des quarts variables, en fonction des besoins de l’entreprise.

Exigences

Expérience

Processus logistiques
- Entre 1 et 3 années d’expérience des processus logistiques liés aux marchés intermodaux
- Expérience de l’exploitation ferroviaire et routière
- Toute expérience dans l’un des domaines ci-dessus constitue un atout

Formation, certification et désignation
- Diplôme d’études postsecondaires*
- Toute désignation dans l’un des domaines ci-dessus constitue un atout

- Collaborer avec les principaux intervenants internes pour augmenter la productivité
- Entretenir les relations pour répondre de façon proactive aux besoins des clients en matière de chaîne d’approvisionnement ou de ceux qui les soutiennent
- Utiliser le raisonnement analytique pour faire des recommandations en vue d’obtenir une performance durable
- Prendre des décisions éclairées en temps opportun afin que les tâches soient exécutées
- Gérer la pression et les changements en restant calme pour s’adapter rapidement
- Réagir avec souplesse à l’évolution rapide du secteur et des technologies
- Être capable de travailler de façon autonome

Connaissances et compétences techniques
- Connaissance de Microsoft Office : Outlook et Excel
- Capacité à apprendre le fonctionnement des systèmes internes du CN (Pegasus, système Objectif fiabilité (SRS), système d’information stratégique en temps réel (RTBI), CN One, PureConnect (CIC), suivi des envois de détail (IRSM) et connaissance générale d’Oasis)
- Compréhension du réseau du CN et des différents aspects du transport intermodal
- Connaissance générale d’autres comptes de détail afin de pouvoir effectuer des remplacements au besoin
