**Job Title**:Customer Care Coordinator

**Position Summary**:We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the homeowner journey, from post-purchase to post-warranty periods. Your primary focus will be to address homeowner inquiries, coordinate customer care activities, and efficiently manage warranty administration tasks.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Respond promptly and professionally to homeowner inquiries, providing accurate and comprehensive information.
- Coordinate with internal departments to meet homeowner needs and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Conduct regular site visits to address homeowner concerns and ensure satisfaction.
- Manage warranty administration tasks, including tracking, follow-up, and coordination with relevant teams.
- Assist in creating reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators.
- Act as an advocate for homeowners, escalating complaints and ensuring timely resolutions.
- Maintain records of warranty-related activities and update homeowner documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational abilities and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated and proactive problem solver.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

**Location**:8501 Mississauga Rd, Brampton, ON

**Schedule**:Monday to Friday 9A.M. to 5P.M.
