**Qualifications and Skills**
- Customer support experience

- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and meet conflicting deadlines in a team work environment required

**Qualifications et compétences**
- Expérience de support client
- Diplôme collégial préféré
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles
- Maîtrise de l'anglais écrit et parlé (obligatoire) et du français écrit et parlé (atout)
- Expérience dans l'industrie des portes et fenêtres est un atout majeur
- Solides compétences organisationnelles, avec la capacité d'effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et de respecter des délais contradictoires dans un environnement de travail d'équipe requis
- Bilinguisme français un atout
- Expérience à but non lucratiff
- Connaissance de la gouvernance est un atout
