Custom Fire & Sprinkler Services is looking for an operations administrator to support our Operations Team out of Whitby Ontario.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming calls from Customers and provide the best Custom Service
- Co-ordinate with Service Manager regarding work schedules and other scheduling matters.
- Participate in team/staff meetings when required.
- Maintaining and updating schedules, calendars, and agendas
- Confirming appointments and arranging service dates
- Sending out reminders of scheduled services
- Communicating with technicians regarding jobs and service calls

**Knowledge, Skills and Competencies**:

- Excellent customer service
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- High level of proficiency in Outlook & Calendar

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
