Client Experience Specialist

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Responsible for ensuring the monitoring and manufacture of client project (i.e. production
coordination).
- Responsible for Client and project reporting of status, health and monthly billing
- Central point of contact for our clients, sales, programming, IT, facility associates and any other outside contacts required for project fulfillment.
- Direct and suggest alternatives in order to develop the best solution to meet the customer’s
needs and BCS’ production and data processing requirements.
- Direct and oversee Client change management, and on boarding of new clients including running project as main point of contact, project kick-offs, testing, coordinating test sign-off, and implementation into production
- Ensure all required information is provided to permit efficient handling of all product
components by production, Canada Post and Post Processing.
- Assist in the training and development of team associates as required, on assigned accounts.
- Perform all required tasks and activities in accordance with established facility Quality
Control Procedures (QCP’s), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).
- Perform all required tasks and activities in accordance with established safe work practices
- Other Duties as required
**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Strong computer skills, MS Word, Excel.
- Superior communication skills both oral and written.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Project Management experience and working with MS Projects an asset.
- Knowledge of Data Processing is an asset.
- Knowledge of SAP is an asset
- Strong knowledge of company policies, procedures, organization and industry practices
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
