- Directly take orders, prepare food, and serve guests
- Provide prompt, professional, and personal resolution to customer issues
- Manage daily inventory and orders for all juice, food and retail products
- Control key variable costs including: product, labour, waste, and supplies
- Manage local staffing, including hiring, training and scheduling
- Execute corporate marketing & promotions, store merchandising, and community events
- Ensure store compliance with VCH food safety, cleanliness, and occupational health and safety standards
- Submit sales and operations reports in daily / weekly recap
- Complete monthly inventory, invoicing, and other operational reports
- Maintain cleaning and maintenance procedures & checklists

- Is open to plant based diets and believes in clean eating;
**Necessary Skills + Qualifications**:

- 2+ years experience in front line Customer Service
- 1+ year experience in managing Food Service teams
- Able to stand for extended periods while working
- Able to speak English fluently
- Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs throughout the day
- FOODSAFE Level 1
- Availability to work at all shifts and weekends

**Compensation + Benefits**:

- Base Hourly Wage $18.50 - $20.50
- Additional compensation from tips - $3.00 - $6.00 / hour
- Managers & Assistant Managers are eligible for Quarterly Performance Bonus
- Managers eligible for Health Benefits
- All Staff receive a Weekly Product Credit & Staff Discount

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $21.50-$26.50 per hour
