Job Title: Cafe Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cafe Manager to join our team at Prado Cafe Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Cafe Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cafe, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes managing staff, monitoring revenues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
  • Operations: Plan and organize daily operations, including evaluating daily operations, monitoring revenues, and monitoring staff performance.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, address customer complaints, and ensure that customer needs are met.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the cafe and increase sales.
  • Supervision: Supervise 5-10 staff members and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Certifications: Serving It Right Certificate.
  • Computer Skills: MS Excel, Point of Sale system, and Spreadsheet.
