**About the Role**: We are currently seeking a dedicated Cafe Manager to oversee our operations and uphold our commitment to excellence in hospitality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Track inventory levels and ensure all supplies are adequately stocked
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage
- Implement and enforce protocols to maintain a safe and clean environment for both customers and employees
- Order supplies from suppliers, prioritizing quality and cost-effectiveness
- Manage our social media platforms, crafting engaging content that reflects our brand and enhances our online presence
- Train and mentor staff members to ensure consistent service standards
- Oversee online delivery platforms to maximize revenue opportunities
- Expertly set up the espresso grinder each day, maintaining consistency in grind size and ensuring optimal extraction for every shot
- Innovate and create exciting new coffee drinks to keep our menu fresh and enticing

**Requirements**:

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in social media platforms and a knack for creating compelling content
- A passion for the cafe industry and a keen understanding of market trends
- Previous experience in cafe management

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
