Sales/marketing Executive

**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
- Execute SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and organic traffic.
- Create, update, and maintain WordPress websites.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop effective marketing strategies.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and assess their needs.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and report on progress.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance product visibility in the market.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations to clients.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or technical sales environments.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly with SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Strong proficiency in WordPress development and content management.
- Previous experience working in an agency environment is a must.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- A proactive and self-driven approach to work.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage time efficiently while working independently in an outside sales capacity.
- A solid understanding of market dynamics and trends related to technology sales is preferred.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, or Punjabi is preferred.
