**REQUIREMENTS/ESSENTIAL DUTIES**
- Experience navigating sales cycles, handling objections, and articulating value propositions to customers
- Proven ability to negotiate and close sales deals
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Present and demonstrate our products to prospective clients
- Engage with customers and build relationships to ensure repeat and referral business
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and committed to following a proven process
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Experience in business-to-business or direct to consumer sales, door to doors sales,
**MEETING ATTENDANCE AND WORK HOURS**
- Regular meetings will be held with the owner(s) and other management to review key metrics and results.
- Must attend all sales meetings, company meetings, and other mandatory scheduled events.
**EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE**
- A minimum of three years of experience with window and door sales is a great asset.
- Building material sales experience is very useful.
- Previous outside sales experience is required.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- People-person that can establish relationships and a good rapport with clients
- Detail-oriented, fast learner, multitasker, organized
- A degree or diploma is considered an asset
**KNOWLEDGE & TRAINING**
- Identifies personal growth needs and improvement opportunities; seeks to obtain product information.
**COMPENSATION**
- Huge earnings potential with no cap on commissions, average performers are earning 73k+ in their first year (Commissions Only)
- Growth potential - sales managers and leaders are always needed
Pay: $73,000.00-$185,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
