KV Real Estate is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Mississauga, ON.

**Who are we looking for?**

The Inside Sales Associate draws energy from working with people and operates with a sense of urgency. This enthusiastic, self-starting person with a passion for selling is responsible for converting a massive amount of leads into appointments through personalized follow-up.

This individual will take ownership of leads and actively systematize the conversion process for maximum effectiveness. They record their productivity and sales metrics and track the results in regular accountability meetings. This person has the organizational and time management skills necessary to handle the constant flow of leads coming in and the subsequent documentation, assignment, and follow-up of those leads.

This individual must be highly trustworthy; in addition to being the first point of contact to the team, they will also have access to sensitive files and information regarding associates, customers, and transactions.

The Inside Sales Associate’s activities directly affect the bottom line, and as such they are deeply committed to the team achieving greater and greater levels of success, as well as to growing their own skills and developing into a leader within the team.

**What will you do?**:

- These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed:_
- Manage the database through the sales cycle
- Prospect for new clients from various lead sources on a daily basis
- Respond to inbound leads from all internet lead sources, sign calls, etc.
- Conduct lead follow up & nurture leads until appointments are set
- Schedule Listing and Buyer appointments with Agents

**Essential duties and responsibilities**
- Manage cultivation of inbound sales inquiries & work existing leads to convert leads to appointments
- Practice and follow scripts in order to deliver the teams value proposition and handle objections
- Qualify leads to accurately convey motivation, competition, and financial specifics to real estate agents
- Manage database to ensure processes run smoothly and there is rigorous lead

follow-up
- Accurately track and report productivity and sales metrics
- Measure conversion ratios and meet performance benchmarks.
- Understand and internalize evolving real estate trends in our local market
- Understand and adhere to laws and regulations regarding real estate agent and brokerage services
- Identifying sales opportunities
- Conducting cold calls and initiating contact with potential clients to introduce our services
- Engaging with leads and prospects in a professional and persuasive manner to generate interest and schedule appointments for the realtor
- Following up with clients and leads to ensure timely and effective communication throughout the sales process
- Collaborating with the team to implement effective sales strategies and achieve targets
- Staying updated with the real estate market trends, property listings, and industry-related information

**Communications/Interactions**
- Inbound & Outbound Leads - daily
- Agents on Team - daily
- Direct Manager - daily/weekly

**Knowledge/Skills**
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Communicates effectively with peers, superiors, customers, and vendors
- Exceptional telephone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone and willingness to spend the majority of the workday on the phone
- Ability to learn and internalize scripts and dialogues
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to block out distractions and listen intently to the conversation that is occurring
- Ability to handle cold calling and navigate through objections with confidence.
- Creates a sense of comfort and familiarity through their ability to build rapport
- Systematic, and detail-oriented
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A valid real estate license (or willingness to obtain one) is an advantage but not mandatory
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or related industry (1 year preferred)
