**What You Will Do**
- Collaborate with the Manager, Talent Acquisition, in developing, executing, and aligning a global Talent Acquisition program
- Devise and implement creative sourcing strategies to build pipelines and attract top talent for all roles across the organization
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs
- Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure a strategic partnership and develop recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives
- Utilize UKG Pro HRIS (formerly UltiPro) Recruiting module to manage the full life cycle recruitment process
- Extend and negotiate compensation packages, and manage subsequent offers, or contract generation
- Organize and participate in career fairs and networking events to promote internal career development and act as a brand ambassador for Prophix
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to enhance our employer brand and promote our company as an employer of choice.
- Develop engaging job postings, maintain an active presence on social media, and participate in relevant industry events and career fairs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Leverage data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.

**Required Qualifications**
- 4 + years of corporate, full life cycle recruiting experience
- Post-Secondary degree in Human Resources or relevant field
- Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to recruitment and selection
- Strong understanding of different sourcing techniques and tools, including social media platforms, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong ability to negotiate and influence at all levels of the organization; ability to build and maintain credibility at all levels of the organization
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results within deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and address recruitment challenges, and propose innovative solutions
- Must be legally entitled to work in the country where the role is located. Must be able to travel to the United States, Canada and/or internationally, and have a valid passport.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Being technically savvy
- Professional designation considered an asset (RPR, CHRP, etc.)
- Experience using UKG Pro (ATS) is a plus
- Experience leading and creating employer branding initiatives
