**Customer Service Representative - Courtenay BC**

Energy Werx British Columbia (BC) is seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our team within the Courtney BC region. As a Service Organization dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, we are investing heavily in technology development, automation, and delivering the ultimate staff and customer experience. We pride ourselves on setting the bar high when it comes to quality, and we are looking for individuals who share our commitment to excellence. **This position is predominately remote, however, training and periodic meetings must be held within Courtenay, BC.**

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**
- Booking and Scheduling energy assessments with advisors and homeowners
- Customer service, answering customer questions and resolving customer questions and concerns.

High-Performing Roles and Responsibilities
- Continual Learning and training about energy assessment programs, local and federal, compliance, and regulations.
- Understanding the rebate programs and answering detailed client questions on energy efficiency, incentives, and rebates.

**Requirements**:

- Police Check - Background check
- Lives in the Pacific Time Zone (Vancouver, BC)
- High-School Diploma
- 1 year of experience in the Energy Efficiency Sector or customer service
- Preferred - Business Administration College Degree
- Preferred - Experience in Energy Efficiency Programs or similar Governmental Rebate programs

**Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
