Burlington, Canada BP Management and Real Estate Services Full time

We specialize in managing commercial and industrial rental properties. The accounting administrator role is expected to oversee and manage the accounting functions associated with managing the various properties within our portfolio. This includes but is not limited to the following tasks and responsibilities.
- *Offering Remote or in-person work. Flexible hours either either part-time or full-time, some weekend availability may be required but is not mandatory._

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive, organize and process incoming bills from vendors and supplies.
- Record Monthly Invoices, send customer statements and issue notices/demand letters as required.
- communicate with customers and vendors regarding there account or services/orders.
- Record and Reconcile Purchase orders with invoices.
- Reconcile AR and AP accounts.
- Update and maintain accounting spreadsheets, gather and update budgets and cash flow.
- Produce Financial Statements on a monthly or as requested basis.
- Other accounting tasks that fall within the scope.
- Online Filing System

**Education and Skills**:

- Post-secondary education in accounting
- Advanced skills in Excel
- Experience with QuickBooks Desktop
- Experience working in real estate or property management accounting administration.
- Strong organization skills
- Time Management Skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30-40 per week

**Salary**: $43,836.00-$46,190.00 per year

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:
