We are looking for a bright and dynamic individual to join our Membership and Leadership Development department as Learning and Leadership Coordinator.

Reporting to the Head of Membership and Leadership Development, Learning and Leadership Coordinator will assist in development, design and implementation of learning initiatives offered by Membership and Leadership Development department to meet the highest standards of learning.

**Major Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

- Lead the configuration, implementation, testing and operation of the Learning Management System (Docebo)
- Write and maintain LMS technical procedures
- Conduct reporting, analysis and learner behaviour trends within the LMS
- Support LMS administration with OREA’s partners and stakeholders
- Ensure strategic alignment between the organization’s goals and content delivery from within the LMS
- Own the workflows of setting up courses, creating learning plans, managing rosters, groups, pages and catalogues
- Assist the Manager of Knowledge and Learning in all LMS related tasks and workflows
- Liaise with external stakeholders to ensure they have necessary course materials
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure calendar invites, course assets, and timelines are clearly communicated
- Support the development of new and existing courses by updating materials and guides
- Support the Manager of Knowledge and Learning with eLearning course creation using Articulate Rise and Storyline
- Act as producer for virtual events and courses that require Zoom and Teams software (registration, polls, breakout rooms, timing, material distribution)
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism when working with all internal and external teams and stakeholders
- Responding to member inquiries regarding LMS functions
- Have an “all hands in” work ethic when it comes to departments and organizations events

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Post-secondary diploma or degree in relevant field of study
- Knowledge and ability of administering an LMS system (1-3 years)
- Knowledge and experience in Adult Learning Principles (1-3 years)
- Experience using the ADDIE design model for learning (1-3 years)
- Experience with Articulate Software (1-3 years)
- High aptitude for Microsoft Suite (2-4 years)
- High attention to detail
- Experience working with Facilitator Guides (2-4 years)
- CTPD Certification an asset
