The Opportunity
- You are great at:
- Ensuring the quality and consistency of course content.
- Quickly learning new technologies and products
- Continuously enhancing instructional design skills
- Providing feedback to peers
What It Takes- 2+ years of experience preparing online training courses and support materials using Articulate or similar software
- Proficiency in multiple development tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and Camtasia.
- High degree of comfort with complex technical environments
- A track record of good judgment and decision-making in positions with significant responsibility
- Highly autonomous and able to independently drive high value projects to completion
- Demonstrated leadership capability in cross-functional team environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- (preferred)- Microsoft Certified Trainer
- CompTIA Certified Trainer or equivalent
