**Job Summary**

**WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Identity Lifecycle Management to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team.

The Director will play a critical role in overseeing the implementation of the Identity Lifecycle management governance within the organization. This includes identity provisioning, access management, authentication, and governance procedures to ensure the security, integrity, and efficiency of our identity management.

**What will you do?**
- Partners with Senior Director to establish and maintain strong relationships with business and technologies partners across the enterprise.
- Regularly reviews defined standards and ensures ongoing alignment across the organization.
- Supports the ongoing efficient implementation of Identity Lifecyle controls.
- Establishes and commits to a set of metrics to positively impact service quality levels, through continued monitoring and evaluation of various streams and deliverables.
- Provides leadership direction in the optimization, efficiency, and capacity planning of the team.
- Assesses ambiguous situations and provides clarity and decision-making ability in collaboration with teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Ensures comprehensive & accurate documentation of existing procedures, guidelines, and outcomes.
- Runs the business within the applicable regulatory requirements, expectations, and delegated authorities, anticipating possible gaps or concerns and ways to address.
- Supports the ongoing communication of changes & its business impact through appropriate established channels.
- Provides focus and clarity in establishing individual goals, driving high performance, and supporting career development.
- Stays current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in Identity & Access Management and Cybersecurity.
- Supports and drives innovation throughout the team without hesitation from challenging status-quo as appropriate.

**What do you need to succeed?**
**Must-have**
- 5+ years’ Identity & Access Management experience including extensive knowledge of identity lifecycle management principles, methodologies, and technologies.
- 5+ years of leadership experience leading managers and individual contributors.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements related to identity management.
- Ability to adapt to and execute in a high-paced environment.
- Ability to manage various priorities and deliver to defined timelines and identify, assess, and report risk and roadblocks timely and efficiently mitigating delays.
- Cross-functional collaboration and negotiation with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication and storytelling experience presenting to a wide variety of audiences and sizes including senior executives.

**Nice-to-have**
- Data analysis and reporting skills
- Professional certification(s) related to information security and project management such as CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSP or PMP
