The RoleWe are seeking an experienced software engineer to join our elite engineering team, working on our distributed-identity orchestration platform, Maverics. As a Senior Identity Orchestration Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing large-scale applications, including the design and implementation of modern web applications.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop large-scale applications, including modern web applications
- Participate in all stages of the SDLC using agile methods, pair programming, and test-driven development
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to implement new features, improvements, and fixes
- Work closely with other engineers and teams to handle current and future scale
- Build and Run software following a DevSecOps model
- Evaluate new technologies and techniques to improve general practices
- Debug and resolve production issues and implement fixes
- Instrument, monitor, and operate the code you write and services you build
- Contribute to technical design and perform code reviews to ensure good engineering practices
- 7+ years experience in software development and engineering for cloud-native or enterprise software company
- Solid experience with system-level languages (GoLang, C, or Rust), Linux, networking, web, and app servers
- Experience designing and developing large-scale applications, including the design and implementation of modern web applications
- Solid grounding in modern software engineering practices and design patterns
- Solid understanding of the technical fundamentals of networking and cloud-based applications
- Be part of a growing team building the future of identity orchestration
