**Key Responsibilities**:
Under the guidance of the Student Systems Team Lead, you will be responsible for providing development support on PeopleSoft system projects, including analysis, design, coding, testing, and documentation. Specific tasks include the following:

- Prepare recommendations for business process improvements and create related design specifications.
- Facilitate the coordination of changes to business process as directed by management.
- Provide technical support to client area business analysts.
- Evaluate potential solutions to business problems, assessing the risks and interdependencies of these solutions.
- Support project implementation activities such as coordinating user acceptance testing.
- Implement software solutions by following NAIT’s policies and procedures, and ITS’s development and documentation methodologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Related post-secondary degree or diploma, and considerable development experience is needed.
- Experience working in a post-secondary educational institution considered an asset.
- In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions.
- ERP systems business analysis experience.
- Working knowledge of PeopleSoft version 8.58+ (PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQR, Application Engine, Integration Broker) and Transact-SQL is necessary.
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
- Some flexibility in hours and days are required to meet deadlines.

**Remuneration**: $2,986.38 - $3,956.43 biweekly, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
