**Business System Analyst - OneHealth IQ (a sister company of ANA Technology)**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing efficient business processes and systems that enhance our organization's productivity, efficiency, and overall performance.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users and IT teams, to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for various projects and initiatives.

2. Business Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes and workflows, identify areas for improvement, and propose optimized solutions to streamline operations and enhance overall effectiveness.

3. System Design: Translate business requirements into comprehensive system design specifications, including data models, use cases, and functional requirements, to guide the development and implementation of technology solutions.

5. Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality and accuracy of newly implemented systems and enhancements, ensuring they meet business requirements.

6. User Training and Support: Provide training to end-users on new systems and functionalities, and offer ongoing support to resolve system-related issues and inquiries.

7. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and changes to facilitate future enhancements and updates.

8. Project Management: Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.

**Requirements**:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role, involving the analysis, design, and implementation of business processes and systems.

3. Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and operations, with the ability to identify opportunities for process optimization.

4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in system analysis techniques, data modeling, and functional requirements documentation. Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.

5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders of varying technical and non-technical backgrounds.

6. Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business problems, think critically, and propose innovative and practical solutions.

7. Collaboration: Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.

8. Adaptability: Capacity to adapt to changing business needs and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.

9. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the specific industry and domain in which the organization operates is a plus.
