Acheson, Canada SMS Equipment Inc. Full time

The shift rotation for this position is **7x7.**

The salary range for this position is **$150,000 - $165,000.**

**Responsibilities include but are not limited too**:

- Provide full range supervision to the training and consulting services.
- Develop and maintain in depth operational knowledge of the FrontRunner system including operational knowledge of DISPATCH.
- Instruct on safe operational procedures to support equipment operators and staff.
- Investigate and communicate operational issues to the OEM and actively participate in resolution process.
- Confer with clients to identify and document requirements in the establishment of operational standards for autonomous haulage.
- Provide equipment support and follow-up as required in the areas of operational performance problems, technical issue resolves, and all relevant matters as required.
- Determine customer training needs.
- Develop learning programs for various customer needs and customer audiences, using a variety of delivery methods.
- Develop learning programs for various employee needs and job roles.

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of mining practices including haulage best practices, shovel layout and dump sites.
- Knowledge of the operation of Komatsu Ultra class haul trucks and support equipment with respect to how they interact within a mine is required.
- Knowledge of the fundamentals of adult learning styles is preferred.
- Travel to other SMS locations is required.
