**Job Overview**:
The FOH Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the revenue centers and staff that make up the front of house. The revenue centers to be supervised will include beverage cart, clubhouse restaurant, banquet room and snack shack. The FOH Supervisor will report directly to the Clubhouse Manager.

**Responsibilities and Duties included but not limited to**:

- Overseeing the serving staff to ensure all business needs and customer service levels are achieved
- Ensure consistency and high quality of the product and services we present to our customers.
- Training serving staff to meet the customer service standards as communicated by Clubhouse Manager
- Manage the day-to-day schedule for all serving staff and make any adjustments as needed. This could include bringing in/calling off staff, adjusting starting or finishing times of shifts, covering areas as needed, approving shifts changes, etc.
- Work in position at revenue centers as needed.
- Support staff of revenue centers as needed during busy periods
- Ensure products and supplies are stocked, rotated, and organized as needed. This would include weekly checks and updates to Clubhouse Manager as needed.
- Assist in the weekly ordering of Beer, Liquor, Wine, Confectionary, and clubhouse supplies as needed.
- Be actively involved with ideas or any changes that will increase revenue/profit, customer satisfaction and staff morale.
- Be able to adjust to last minute changes
- Oversee and ensure accuracy of cash outs
- Ensure all revenue centers are clean, safe environments and are always set to sell
- Inventory spot checks and assisting with monthly inventory
- Oversee the on-course drink holes for events and ensure they are rung in properly

**Qualifications**:

- Experience overseeing/supervising serving staff in a food & beverage environment
- Valid ProServe certification
- Understanding of mixology and drinks common to a golf course environment
- Be able to lead and motivate a team and able to work harder than those below you
- Experience with POS systems and ability to use computers proficiently
- Golfing knowledge and golf course experience would be considered as asset but is not mandatory

**Expected Term**:
March 18th to October 27th, 2024.

Successful completion of 2024 golf season will result in position for 2025 and beyond.

Full availability necessary during the busy tournament season of May 1st to September 30th.

Flexibility and/or less hours worked during the shoulder months of March, April and October is available.

Employment/hours of work available outside of the golf season may be available but is dependent on event bookings as well as work performance. Starting date may become earlier depending on outlook for opening of our golf course.

With the right person and proven work performance, position could become year-round and/or adjusted to suit individual’s preferences.

**Renumeration**:
$3800-$4000 Monthly Salary depending upon experience.

Gratuities earned while working in position of revenue centers.

Tournament Gratuity bonus at end of season that is based on performance and tournaments worked. The current estimated range for this for the 2024 season is $1500 to $2500.

2025 Returning Bonus of $1000 if successful and returning for the 2025 season.
