Reporting to, and working closely with the CFO, the Corporate Controller will be a crucial member of the finance team and a key advisor to the Executive Group. He or She will drive organizational effectiveness and profitability as a leader within the Accounting and Finance Department. In addition to leading the financial and administrative functions, the Corporate Controller will also play a key supporting role on acquisitions, major capital investments, and potential partnerships.

**Key Responsibilities**

The Corporate Controller is responsible for all accounting functions of the Parent Company, and its subsidiaries, including treasury management, inventory management, tax and transfer pricing, capital structure, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, financial analysis, financial reporting and regulatory compliance. In more detail these will include:

- Guides financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures as set out by the Executive Team
- Streamline business processes through automation and improved operational and financial information systems.
- Integrating accounting software with operational management systems
- Maintain data integrity of operational ticketing software.
- Directs and oversees administrative support services staff.
- Protects assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls.
- Production of thorough budgets, forecasts and financial-status reports for senior management to help improve our operational efficiency and aid in our continued growth.
- Establishing schedules; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data; for preparation of annual budget and forecast
- Achieves budget objectives by scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Works with senior area management on new divisions/product lines in establishing economic models and investment criterion.
- Overseeing all aspects of inventory management and control as it relates to both service and R&M activities.
- Developing and monitoring business performance metrics and KPI’s
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for multiple entities with note disclosure and related MD&A
- Oversee month end close to ensure timely financial reporting and analysis is distributed to executives and managers.
- Consolidation of multiple subsidiaries
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

**Qualifications**
- Thorough understanding of, or ability to quickly learn, the office equipment, recordkeeping systems, management information systems, and related protocols used in the organization.
- Experience implementing new software solutions to drive organizational efficiencies.
- Track record for streamlining operations through automation.
- Track record for integrating accounting software with operation management systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional and tactful interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a variety of personalities.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

**Professional Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting is required
- CPA, CFA or MBA credentials preferred
- 5+ years related experience
