Quay Pacific Property Management Ltd. is a locally owned and operated company that has provided property management services to the lower mainland for over 20 years. We believe in making a positive difference in the lives of staff and clients.

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Data Entry & Forms Administrator. This position will be based out of our New Westminster Office location.

You will be responsible for processing and completing Strata form requests and form registrations in an accurate and timely manner. Main duties include preparing Form B and Form F, as well as registering Form D, Form G, Form H, and Form I at the Land Title office. You will also be responsible for coordinating and corresponding with form requestors and clients on any queries, complaints, additional requests, and uncollected documents.

You will also be responsible with setting up new Owners and updating Owner’s records on our company’s database as information arrives daily. You may also be called upon to work on special projects, cover for other members of the Administrative Department, or take on additional tasks from time to time.

**Responsibilities but not limited too**:

- Prepare document requests
- Formatting and revising various Forms documents as required to comply with current regulations
- Respond to Forms inquiries
- Follow-up on any uncollected Forms documents
- Register Forms with the Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia (LTSA) - including but not limited to Form D, Form G, Form H, Form I, Form J, Form V and Form W
- Work with the online forms ordering platform when any technical issues arise
- Scanning & Filing - Hardcopy filing, scanning & electronic filing of electronic documents
- Record Keeping - Ensure accurate & comprehensive records of properties related to Forms processing are maintained; organize secure destruction of documents, when required
- Setting up New Owners and updating Owners Information on the Company’s Database system

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent organizational skills with proven attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills to successfully work with a team of property managers and clients.
- Property Management experiences and/or previous industry experiences are an asset.
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a great command of the English language. Other languages an asset.
- Good understanding of basic mathematics & ability complete calculations accurately.
- Resourcefulness and exceptional time management skills.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook. Excellent typing skills.
- Strong multitasking skills with a high degree of precision.

This position is Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

**Salary**: $39,000.00-$41,000.00 per year
