We are looking for a Business Operations Manager who wants to make an impact on people's lives and work with like-minded people who share that same passion. You work well with ambiguity, are laser-focused on details, and are a problem solver. You are self-motivated, resourceful, and can adapt quickly to changing situations.

**Responsibilities**
- Leverage key success metrics to drive member satisfaction and overall operational efficiency
- Develop and execute a business strategy for successful growth by implementing best-in-class technologies and practices
- Partner with Group operations, Learning & Training, Human Resources, and other departments to continuously improve business operations and provide world-class service to our members
- Enhance workflows to enable more effective communication, feedback, and execution
- Work with cross-functional teams and outside vendors/partners in planning and execution of projects

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare, technology, or a related field
- PMP or MBA an asset - Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Natural leader who is great at getting the best out of others
- Ability to juggle changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude in the face of changing deliverables
- Experience in a fast growth start-up environment is an asset
- Track record of successfully delivering projects from start to finish on time and within budget
