**Job Overview**:
We're an eleven-year-old company specializing in carbon rims and building wheelsets for high-end bikes worldwide. Self-motivated individuals who share our passion for bikes will be at home in an environment that allows for autonomy, flexibility and a fantastic work/life balance

This position is based out of our facility in the heart of Cumberland, BC, a stone's throw away from world-class singletrack, beautiful Comox Lake, and fantastic food & drink options.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process customer orders while ensuring they've chosen the best product for their bike
- Manage clearance inventory, 3rd party buy & sell postings
- Assist with inventory physical counts
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize order processes
- Manage our employee wheel program, as well as media/sponsored wheels
- Work with the production team to ensure timely production of goods
- Amazon account maintenance
- Maintain spoke calculator data table
- Update weekly production stats spreadsheet (counting available to build etc)
- Receive inventory in our production system (Odoo) & update order queue (sequence orders)

**Our ideal applicant has**:

- Fantastic cycling knowledge and stoke for all things bike
- A passion for providing exceptional customer support
- Any background in Zendesk or Freshdesk is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication. You're comfortable working behind a screen, on the phone, and in person.
- An extremely high attention to detail.
- An ability to work evenings and weekends on occasion.

Pay: $42,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
