Laneway Coffee and Kitchen, BOH hiring: Cook

Laneway Coffee and Kitchen opening in Cumberland BC We are a multi roaster cafe and restaurant serving hand crafted coffee beverages, hot made to order sandwiches and elevated comfort food. Our BOH is currently hiring a P/T Cook. The role of a cook at Laneway is to assist with food prep, assemble and cook food during service and deliver food to customers all the while maintaining a positive, communicative, clean and organized kitchen.
- A cook at Laneway will work alongside and report to the Back of House Manager._

- Maintain cleanliness and food safety throughout your workflow.

- Take an interest in developing your palate and assisting with the development of features and specials.

- Bring a consistent and positive attitude to every shift.
- Respond respectfully to communication and feedback.
- Support fellow team members and take equal share of the workload.

We are employers who will:

- Offer a BOH starting wage of $18.00-$19.00 based on previous experience.
- Share tips equally between FOH and BOH with a tip pool.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cumberland, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
