**Title**:Front of House Supervisor

**Reports to**: Food & Beverage Manager

**Summary**

The Front of House Supervisor is responsible for assisting the F&B Team with daily operations. This includes supporting the training, development, and performance management of the FOH team members. The Front of House Supervisor supports the team to ensure that our members and guests have an exceptional experience from start to finish. They also demonstrate outstanding leadership abilities, believe in championing a fun and safe work environment, and contribute to a thriving workplace culture.

**Job Duties**
- Actively lead shifts, supports fellow employees to ensure all staff are equipped with the tools and resources to set them up for service excellence.
- Provide exceptional service to members and guests, while leading an exquisite team who delivers professional and elevated guest satisfaction.
- Responds to feedback and/or concerns from guests and staff and communicates with senior leadership.
- Contribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating integrity, discipline, and inspiration to the team.
- Manages, delegates, supervises, and evaluates employee performance, through follow-up to ensure proper completion of assigned tasks and goals and provides feedback.
- Always maintain proper cleanliness and safety, while ensuring all employees follow proper food handling procedures, and employee health and safety protocols.
- Update the POS (point-of-sale) systems and programming when required.
- Tracking monthly inventory and weekly ordering requirements with the support of the Food & Beverage Manager.
- Assisting in scheduling, hiring, training, and supervising of employees.
- Assists in monitoring sales performance through the analysis of sales reports.
- Supervising the preparation, display and delivery of the food and drinks.
- Ensuring prompt and friendly customer service.
- Ensuring all staff are knowledgeable about menu offerings and pairings.
- Handling administrative duties related to operations and performing other duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of direct work experience in a Food and Beverage managerial position
- Smart Server certification
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, supervisory and leadership skills.
- Ability to foster effective working relationships with peers, members, and guests.
- Ability to function independently and under pressure and ability to manage various projects at the same time.
- Strong planning, organizational, analytical, and administrative skills.
- Bilingualism, French and English considered an asset, but not required.
