**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage accounts receivable
- Accounts receivable customer communications
- Order inventory and non-inventory items
- Manage inventory levels and communicate with suppliers
- Reconcile inventory in ERP system
- Data entry for accounts payable & processing payments
- Reconcile general ledger

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-year post-secondary education with a focus on accounting / business management or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounting and/or bookkeeping
- Inventory Management training and/or education an asset
- Prior experience with accounting software and accounting best practices
- Organized, efficient and detail oriented
- Excellent time management
- Solid computer skills with experience in all Microsoft Office products with advanced skills in Excel an asset
- Experience with ERP type systems preferrable

Pay: From $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
