Marketing Coordinator

**Job description**
THE CLARK COMPANIES are a family owned group of Agri-businesses with head offices in Caledonia, Ontario, serving the growing agricultural community throughout Canada. We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking, highly organized individual to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator. This role is responsible for the marketing responsibilities mainly for Clark Ag Systems and the Clark Agri Service divisions. Some periodic travel is required for tradeshows and other events across Ontario. The Marketing Coordinator is stationed at our Caledonia Corporate Head office with occasional visits to the Clark Agri Service Wellandport and Waterford office.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Day-to-day management of websites and social media accounts
- Coordinate and implement all aspects of tradeshow participation ( 3-5 tradeshows per year)
- Coordinate ad placement, create content, and design all print & website advertising using Adobe Creative Suite
- Maintain a yearly advertising calendar and meet monthly advertising deadlines
- Create marketing material and purchase promotional items
- Plan and coordinate company events, both internal and external
- Coordinate customer open houses at new customer installations
- Perform company photography and video
- Execute and post retail specials and clearance programs
- Create, manage and reconcile Yearly & Monthly marketing budget - report budget progress to management
- Manage relationships with customers, suppliers, industry allies and media agencies
- Coordinate and participate in corporate strategic planning meetings
- Support tasks and coverage for our parts and service team when requested
- Other tasks as assigned by management
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- 3-5 years of marketing experience
- In depth experience with various social media platforms
- Ability to design, update, and maintain company web sites preferred
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign and Photoshop)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and multitask
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High degree of attention to detail
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Effective problem-solving and prioritization skills
- The ability to work both independently and as a team player
