Haldimand Norfolk Window Cleaning, a home maintenance contracting business in Haldimand Norfolk County is looking for a **hardworking, dedicated student** to take on a role as a **full-time production manager** this summer. Production managers are responsible for a large amount of the business's day-to-day operations and managing production staff. This position also has minor part-time requirements before the summer.

While no formal post-secondary education or work experience is required, experience managing others is considered an asset.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Full-time access to a vehicle during the summer season
- Valid drivers license
- Student, or recent grad capable of taking on 40+ hour workweeks throughout the summer season
- Coachability and willingness to learn
- High school diploma
- Ability to commute through Haldimand Norfolk County

**Pay Structure**:
A production manager will split their time between cleaning onsite and managing other crews. Time spent cleaning will be compensated at an hourly rate beginning at _minimum _$17/hr (however this will quickly increase once the manager develops core competencies), while time spent managing crews is paid out on commission based on crew performance and job size. This commission quickly becomes very large as the manager takes on more crews.

Before summer, the manager will have the opportunity to partake in sales & marketing to earn money part-time as well as boost their commission in the summer season. _Projects both sold & produced by a manager will see a large portion of the net profits go to the manager._

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the overall completion and quality of contracting projects
- Active participation in marketing & sales
- Client communication and production scheduling
- Training, onboarding & managing employees
- Initiating and finishing jobs including:
- Picking up client payments
- Transporting materials such as ladders, paint cans, etc
- Working with suppliers to place paint and material orders
- Jobsite marketing efforts
- Manage other day-to-day tasks that may be required of managers
- Supporting in the coordination of staff events
- Providing updates to the business owner on an ongoing basis
