Invoicing Clerk

Stoney Creek, Canada Acumen Insurance Group Inc. Full time

Responsibilities:

- Invoice Insurance policies (both paper and electronic document) for personal and commercial departments
- Perform general clerical duties (back-up for lunches and holidays)
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner (back-up for lunches and holidays)
- Assist with basic accounting tasks - training provided
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of the office

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an invoicing clerk role with an insurance brokerage is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
