**The role**

**The challenge**
- Execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aimed at enhancing customer engagement and driving brand awareness across various distribution channels, including websites, Google Ads landing pages, social media platforms, and more;
- Produce compelling and persuasive copy in both English and French for a range of marketing materials;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and optimize content for various digital formats;
- Utilize SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and drive organic traffic;
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in content marketing, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement;
- Collaborate with the VP of Marketing to develop organic and paid advertising strategies for the company's products and solutions;
- Analyze and ensure follow-up on communication metrics and reporting in the CRM;
- Perform any other tasks related to marketing and communications.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English required;
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in content marketing and/or copywriting;
- Diligent, flexible and detail-oriented personality;
- Great organization skills and ability to prioritize;
- Expertise in various content formats, including written, visual, and multimedia;
- Experience working with website content management (CMS) is considered an asset;
- Experience within a SaaS environment is considered an asset;
- Practical experience with Hubspot CRM and/or is considered an asset.
